Nespresso Martini

INGREDIENTS:

  • Vanilla Syrup 5 ml
  • Vodka 30 ml
  • Ice Cube 60 g
  • Ristretto Capsule 1 Unit

LET'S MAKE IT:
 

  • In a cup, extract the Ristretto (40ml) Nespresso capsule over one ice cube let it cool.
  • In a shaker pour 30ml of vodka, then add 5 ml of Vanilla syrup and 40 ml of cool Ristretto. Then add 4 Nespresso ice cubes or 120g of ice cubes "Shake vigorously for approx. 10 seconds.
  • Pour everything without the ice cubes in a Martini Glass (filter with an ice strainer).
